We ship every business day from our Glyfada warehouse via national courier. Most orders leave within 24 hours.
Free shipping over €80
Any order with a subtotal of €80 or more ships free anywhere in Greece. Below the threshold, courier charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination — typically €3.50 — €7.50.
Processing time
- In-stock items: 1 — 3 business days from order confirmation to courier pickup.
- Pre-orders: Estimated arrival window is shown on the product page and confirmed by email after order submission. Pre-orders ship as soon as stock lands at our warehouse.
- Special orders (3rd-party catalogue): 5 — 15 business days, depending on supplier. We email an ETA before charging.

Tracking
You receive two emails per order: an order confirmation when you check out, and a shipping notification with the courier tracking number when your package leaves our warehouse. You can also check status anytime from Order Tracking or your account dashboard.
Couriers we use
- BOX NOW — locker pickup, available in most urban areas. Cheapest option, 24/7 pickup.
- ACS Courier — home and office delivery, full national network.
- ELTA Courier — coverage for remote addresses where private carriers don’t deliver.
You choose the courier at checkout. If the chosen courier doesn’t service your address, we’ll email you a suggested alternative before dispatching.
International shipping
We currently ship to all EU member states. Shipping fees and transit times are calculated at checkout. International orders ship via ACS International or DHL depending on destination and weight. VAT is collected at point of sale for EU destinations; duties are typically zero within the single market.
Outside the EU? Email [email protected] with your shopping list and address — we’ll quote shipping and check any export restrictions.
Pickup in-store
You can collect your order from our Glyfada shop (2 Agias Triados Street) at no charge. Select “Pickup in store” at checkout. We’ll email when your order is ready — usually within an hour during business hours.
Damaged or missing packages
If a package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery at the door or note the damage on the courier’s PDA before signing. Then email [email protected] with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 48 hours so we can open a carrier claim while it’s still actionable.
