Ordering
Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is fine. An account makes reordering easier and lets you track all orders in one place, but it’s optional.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If we haven’t dispatched yet, yes. Call us at +30 210 9652042 immediately. Once the package leaves our warehouse, you’ll need to receive it and use the 14-day return process.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. All prices on the site include 24% Greek VAT. EU customers see the same prices; non-EU customers pay net of VAT (rare — contact us for export quotes).
Can I get a business invoice?
Yes. At checkout, select “Business” and enter your VAT number. The invoice is generated automatically and emailed with your order confirmation. For EU intra-community sales, please email us before ordering so we can verify your VIES status.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express via Alpha Bank gateway), PayPal, bank deposit, and cash on delivery (COD — small surcharge applies, Greece only).
Is my card data safe?
Yes. We never see or store your card number. All card payments go through Alpha Bank’s PCI-DSS-certified gateway directly. You’ll see Alpha Bank’s URL during the payment step.
Do you offer installment plans?
Yes, for orders over €200 paid by Alpha Bank credit card. Select 3, 6, or 12 monthly installments at checkout.
Shipping
How fast will I get my order?
In-stock orders ship within 1 — 3 business days, then 1 — 2 days transit in mainland Greece, 2 — 4 days to islands. See the full Shipping & Delivery breakdown.
Do you ship outside Greece?
Yes — all EU member states. Shipping cost and time calculated at checkout. For non-EU destinations, email [email protected] for a quote.
Can I pick up in-store?
Yes, free of charge. Select “Pickup in store” at checkout. We’ll email when ready — usually within an hour during business hours. Address: 2 Agias Triados Street, Glyfada.
What if my package is damaged on arrival?
Refuse delivery or note damage on the courier’s PDA before signing. Email [email protected] with photos and order number. We’ll replace at our cost.
Returns & warranty
What’s your return policy?
14 calendar days from delivery for unused items in original packaging. Full refund. You cover return shipping. Full details on the Returns page.
My product is faulty. What now?
Email [email protected] with your order number, photos, and a description of the symptom. We’ll send a prepaid return label and either replace or refund — your choice. Statutory warranty is 2 years (Greek Civil Code art. 540); manufacturer warranties may be longer.
Do you service products you didn’t sell?
For Kyosho, Dynamite, Team Losi and our other distributed brands — yes, we can handle warranty claims regardless of where you bought, as we’re the official Greek service centre. For other brands, we can usually diagnose and recommend a path, but warranty claims must go through their authorized importer.

Will this part fit my model?
Tell us the exact model name, scale, year (if known), and what’s not working. Email or call. We keep extensive fitment notes and can almost always confirm before you buy.
What battery / charger / radio should I pair with this kit?
Each kit page lists recommended electronics in the description. If it’s missing or you want options for a different budget tier, call us — pairings are one of the most common pre-sales conversations we have.
Do you offer build or setup services?
For local customers: yes, by appointment. Pro-level setup for race cars, custom paint, and full RTR builds. Email [email protected] with what you need.
Account & data
How do I reset my password?
From the Sign-in page, click “Lost your password?” and enter your email. A reset link arrives within seconds — check spam if it doesn’t.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, anytime. Email [email protected] from the address on file with the subject “Delete account”. We process within 7 days. Note: we’re required to retain order/invoice records for 10 years for tax purposes, but personal data unrelated to those records is erased.
How do you handle my personal data?
See the Privacy Policy. Short version: we collect only what’s needed to ship your order and improve the site; we don’t sell data; you have full GDPR rights to access, correct, export, or erase.
