Changed your mind? You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return any unused item for a full refund — no questions asked. This is your right under EU consumer law (Greek Law 2251/1994 as amended).
The 14-day right of withdrawal
You may return any product purchased from this online store within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason. If your order contained multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day clock starts when the last item arrives.
To exercise this right, email [email protected] within the 14-day window with:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- The reason (optional but helpful for us)
We’ll confirm your return by email within one business day and send a return authorization with shipping instructions.
Condition requirements
For a return to be accepted, the product must arrive back to us:
- Unused. Not flown, raced, run-in, glued, painted, modified, or registered to a serial number.
- In original packaging. All boxes, foam inserts, plastic bags, instruction manuals, warranty cards, cables, software media, and accessories included.
- Undamaged packaging. No torn boxes, missing seals, or excessive handling marks.
- With proof of purchase. A copy of the receipt or invoice — physical or PDF.
If you handle a product more than is necessary to inspect it (e.g. you bind a receiver, charge a battery, run a motor for “just a few seconds”), we may apply a partial refund reflecting the lost value. We’ll always notify you before applying any deduction.
Return shipping
You cover the return shipping cost. Pack the product securely (ideally in its original outer box) and ship via a tracked courier of your choice to:

Ship within 14 calendar days of notifying us. Keep the tracking number until we confirm receipt.
Refund timeline
Once we receive and inspect the return:
- We notify you by email within 2 business days of receipt.
- The refund is issued within 14 calendar days, using the original payment method.
- Bank-deposit refunds: 3 — 5 business days to land in your account.
- PayPal refunds: usually instant; up to 24 hours.
- Card refunds: 5 — 10 business days, depending on issuer.
The original outbound shipping cost is refunded only if you chose the cheapest standard shipping. If you upgraded to express, you forfeit the upgrade premium.
Items that cannot be returned
By law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that have been used or registered. Anything bound to a transmitter, registered to a serial-locked manufacturer database, or whose seal has been broken.
- Custom or special-order items. Products built or ordered specifically for you (e.g. custom paint, special imports outside catalogue).
- Digital content delivered without a physical medium. Once downloaded, it’s yours.
- Consumables that have been opened. Shock oil, threadlocker, paint, glue, batteries that have been charged.
Defective or wrong items
This page covers change-of-mind returns. If a product is defective, not as described, or you received the wrong item, that’s a separate procedure with no cost to you.
Email [email protected] with your order number and a clear description of the problem (photos help). We’ll arrange:
- A prepaid return label from our courier.
- A replacement at our cost, or a full refund — your choice.
- Where applicable, manufacturer warranty repair through the brand’s authorized service.
For defects, you have a statutory warranty of 2 years from delivery (article 540 of the Greek Civil Code). Manufacturer warranties may extend beyond this — check the box for specifics.
